Our Largest New Apprenticeship Intake To Date
We are thrilled to introduce some of our newest colleagues: Sandro, Jule, and Ilhem. They are part of the new group of apprentices who have joined us this year. This year is particularly special as it includes six laboratory technicians, two office administrators, and one storagekeeper, making it our largest new apprenticeship intake to date.
Fresh Faces
At GALAB, we are thrilled to have so many enthusiastic young talents joining us on their professional journeys. Over the coming months, these apprentices will have the opportunity to delve deeply into our cutting-edge learning environment, complete with their own dedicated laboratory room for their studies.
Multi-Department Experience
Our apprentice program for laboratory technicians is designed to provide a comprehensive experience. Every apprentice starts with a basic internship, which gives them practical, hands-on experience. They will then take on tasks in various departments of our laboratory. Over the months, the apprentices will regularly rotate through the different departments in which they work. This approach not only offers a thorough understanding of all our processes but also helps the apprentices identify the areas they are most passionate about.

We are incredibly proud of our apprenticeship program and the opportunities it provides for young professionals to grow and excel.
